When it comes to cooling fans, of course, we must understand the DC brushless motor stator, the winding of the stator coil is an important process, if it is not wound well, it may affect the subsequent use effect.

Cooling fan DC brushless motor stator is generally divided into two types:

One is the externally wound stator, notched outward, common is the 4-slot stator, according to demand, the size is different, the number of turns is different, and there is a 6-slot stator, generally using the flying fork winding method, because the fan stator is mostly fine wire, wire diameter of about 0.1mm, need to wind many turns, and then the small fan stator is relatively cheap, Therefore, the winding equipment needs multi-station high-speed winding to improve the winding efficiency.

The other is the internally wound stator, the notch inward, the common is the 4-slot stator, which needs to be wound many turns, and some even reach more than 3000 turns, generally using the needle winding method, which can be used in four stations or six stations, to improve production efficiency.
 

Whether it is the flying fork winding method or the needle winding method, the cooling fan brushless DC motor stator winding, the winding equipment must be adjusted well, to avoid wire damage, broken wire, etc., the tension size should be controlled, and the stator detection should be done to ensure that it meets the requirements.
