a. Is the starting point too far forward or too far back? 
b. If the wiring is too sparse or too dense, it is likely that the wire diameter setting does not meet the requirements. 
c. If the line speed becomes faster or slower, you can adjust the line diameter slightly: the faster the speed, the diameter needs to be slightly reduced; the slower the speed, the diameter needs to be slightly increased. 
d. For the stator that needs to be wound, multiple layers may be required. Pay attention to checking whether any deformation occurs due to the multiple layers of winding. 
e. The diameter of enameled wire is generally the actual diameter of the wire. When setting the parameters, the thickness of the enamel layer needs to be added to get the correct value. 
f. After the winding process is completed, it is also important to pay attention to whether the line arranger returns to its original position. For loose winding, the starting point of the winding should be moved forward and the width should be reduced a little. 
3. After inspecting one or several products, a pinhole test needs to be conducted. No bubbles should be present and it must fall within the national standard range. Otherwise, the quality will be substandard and it will affect the quality and performance of the product.
