The torque of the micromotor is an important reference element, the brushless motor and the brushed motor, under the same model, the torque of the brushless motor is greater than that of the brushed motor, and the running speed and time of the brushed motor are much lower than that of the brushless motor.
Since the brushless motor operates in the form of automatic control, it will not add a starting winding to the rotor like a synchronous motor with heavy start under frequency conversion speed regulation, and it will not produce oscillation and out-of-step when the load changes.
From the working principle of the brushless motor, the brushless motor and the brushless motor are fundamentally the same, the main difference is that the brushless motor is mechanically commutated, and the brushless motor is electronically commutated. In most cases, the power of a permanent magnet motor is a parameter of the work done by the regular stator or rotor coil, and cannot explain who has a large torque and who has a small torque.
Characteristics of brushless motor:
1. Small size, light weight, large torque;
2. Excellent torque characteristics, good medium and low speed torque performance, large starting torque, small current;
3. Covers the performance advantages of brushed motors, cancels the carbon brush structure, and has a longer service life, which can reach hundreds of thousands of hours in general;
4. Because there is no excitation loss and carbon brush loss, the efficiency of brushless motor is much higher than that of brushed motor;
5. Stepless speed regulation, strong overload capacity, wider speed range.
The brushless motor has no mechanical brush installation, it replaces the brush and commutator with the Hall sensor, and the permanent magnet is also Ndfeb material, so the performance will be better than the brush motor, although the brushless motor has better performance, but it is not as easy to control as the brush motor, its control is relatively more complex, and the cost is higher, so when choosing the motor, it mainly depends on the actual application.
