1. The equipment is different. For small motor stator products such as small water pumps, high-speed air ducts, and electric toothbrushes, the wire diameter is relatively thin, about 0.1mm. Generally, four-station or six-station equipment is mostly used. For power tools and garden tools with relatively thicker wire diameters, or for servo motors, barrier gates, elevator doors, winches and other motor stators with larger stators, double-station or four-station equipment is mostly adopted.

2. The speed varies. The thinner the wire diameter, the more turns there are, and thus a faster winding speed is required. For thick lines, many times as long as they can be wound in, it's already good enough. There aren't so many requirements for speed.
